We certainly can and are doing this!I'm loving the 60 day challenge.
I'm gonna keep it up after the 60 days but in smaller blocks.
Will just work out how many days in between events that I have planned then stick to it 100% in between.
Actually have loads on through May and June this year! Been worrying a bit about it already but you know what I want to lose the weight but I also want to enjoy spending quality time with my husband, family and friends so I will socialise on and off and I will love it but I want to keep the focus so that in 2018 I finally reach my goal weight.
I have been on and off diets since 2008 I kid you not!! Never once have I reached my goal weight.
When I first started dieting I was 12st 8lbs which now to me I would love to be that weight, I just can't believe that I let myself get to 16st 2lbs!
Been positive since I started Cambridge, I am just in the zone and loving it!
I'm so glad you feel focused again too.
We can do this!

I started worrying about how I was going to cope with maintaining once I get there.. and get there I will! But then I thought why am I stressing about a couple of months down the line , when I should be focusing on the now; so that’s what I’ve been doing it’s seems to be working for me D, try not to worry about your plans for May and June, I suspect you’ll find when the time comes that you d have got into the habit of making good food choices that it won’t effect your enjoyment of an event. That’s how it seems to be with me anyway.
I don’t know how I allowed myself to reach 16st 10lbs either, got on the scales this morning and they’re saying 12st 11lbs, I nearly fell over it’s been years since I saw those numbers
