I rejoined ww in Jan and was put on the smart points. I've followed it to the T but have lost a ridiculous 5.5lb!!
The leaders can't help. They tell me to eat more! Eat more salad and veg etc
But I joined ww years ago because I have a funny diet and don't really eat veg!
Back in 2001 I lost 2 stone on the old plan and loved it.
Then after children I did the pro points which was ok!
But I can't get on with smart points so thought I'd try the old way!
I've worked out I need 18p a day
And have the old calculator on a website on my phone!
Any advice?
Am I on the right board/thread/page??
