Im really hoping for some help, advice, anything to get me back into gear. Am hating ww at the mo, eating my body weight again and slowly heading in the wrong direction and gaining my 20lbs loss again. Studying for exams to get into my masters, so stress eating is part of it, choc calms me. The sight of salad and veg turns my stomach and doesn't help the scales. And the gym is a distant memory. Has anyone any advice on how ta get my head back into it, can't afford meetings currently due to lack of work, so need somethin I refuse to ever buy a size14 again yet I can't get back into it! :'(
