Hi I started refeed on Sunday and followed the sheet to the letter and felt really good. Tea with milk is lovely mmm but i only have 2 cups max a day. Am exercising everyday as well as am so scared ill put the weight back on again.
Well here is where i think i have messed up. Got up this morining had shake and tea, then at lunch had salmon and lettuce with grated carrot plain but lovely. I was hungry there and drank water but was still hungry so i took a few small carrot sticks please tell me i haven't messed up i so want this to work.
