I've got one of those and they're great. The only thing is I find they lose heat much quicker than the hot water bottles. The one I have got has got cherry stones in it and my girls have got teddybear ones with wheat in. I think I got there's from "The great little trading company". Look at their website. My friend bought me mine in France.
