This evening Were going out for a family meal (joint mothers day with the stepmum and mother in law and also dads birthday on Monday)
Were off to a local Indian restaurant so trying to save my days calorie intake lol
My son made some chocolate muffins yesterday and offered me one as a mothers day treat (How could I resist lol). Thankfully although it put my sugar intake over by 9 managed to keep the calories and fat intake under
Yesterdays food intake (05/03/2016)
Yesterdays food intake went out the window when went to the daughters foor mothers day dinner. Started the day well with shredded wheat for breakfast and home made lentil soup for lunch. The rest of the day is history lol .
Oh well back on the straight and narrow for today
So had a good day food wise . After making myself a large pot of home made lentil soup I added up the calorie content of it all and divided the total up by the 8 portions I have split and froze . I had to find the nearest calorific content on MFP .
Tuesdays weigh in shows a 1lb loss this week. Its 1 lb in the right direction so happy with that.
I have also been measuring myself and last week was 42 inches on the waist, Now showing as 39 inches
Not been on for a few days as the whole household as had a sickness bug , My son started off with it first on Saturday followed by me then the other half. Fingers crossed we all have it out of our system now.
Just done my weigh in this morning and showing a 3lb loss. However not sure if thats through diet or illness lol as I havent really stayed on track through lack of time.
