If the SW consultant doesnt get back to you i feel that is very disrespectful and unprofessional....unless there are genuine reasons for her not to.

yeah that's why I've not kept on ringing her, she wasn't there wednesday night, someone stood in for her so she may be ill or something I guess.

I totally agree Ruth, very unprofessional of her, I think sometimes these people forget theyre doing a job and should be practising good customer care!!
