Help...Syn value for yellow mustard

Hi all, I love mustard and eat it on practically anything. I notice that most of the mustards have to be synned because they have a few calories, but yellow mustard doesn't have any calories or fat doesn't that mean it's FREE?....Pweeze let the answer be YES! pweeze

Not sure but I think mustard powder is free so fingers crossed it is if you buy it made up!

I often put mustard powder in my FF soups to give it some oomph, or mix it in a little water to make a paste and use it as you wld from a jar - yum!!!!
