I know I've posted about this before and some of you gave me some good advice But I'm going away on the weekend - a trip to London with 3 of my best mates.. It's a very rare thing for us all to get away together so it's a very special occasion...
I had decided that I would have 2 shakes a day and an evening meal of protein and veg/salad but I'm $#!T scared of putting weight on ... I know I can lose it again if I do but I don't want all this hard work to go to waste but I also don't want to ruin our weekend away
Anyone else been away, eaten and gained? What would u advise I do?
