Help with Nandos Recipes!

Hi everyone!

Cooking for the OH this week..

doing a nandos style meal!

Going to do medium heat chicken in a pitta with pineapple etc...

i want to do side order of spicy rice but i need help with a good recipe!? dont want too use uncle bens spicy rice packet would rather do it fresh...

also debating on what else too cook with it .. any ideas would be great !

I cook the rice and stir in chopped up veg and then mix in the bought peri peri sauce - it doesn't taste as good but it's as close as i know how to get! Have you tried googling it? If you find anything please post!

(also reggae reggae goes nice in rice but it might not be a good combination of flavours?)
