Not sure green is the way to go if you want to cut out carbs, green is all about the carbs!! Depends what works for you, some people find that green helps them to lose, because carbs don't cause them weight gain, others find red better because when thecarbs are restricted they are less likely to overeat. TBH I haven't really found what works for me, I am still experimenting. I do know that if i have carbs tho I tend to eat a lot more than I probably need.
