I'm stood in the middle of manchester waiting for someone and right across the road is a cafe nero and I am going crazy with the thought of an ice coffee!! MUST RESIST! :-S

the iced coffee avoidance is impressive but ignoring the choc cake in your own home is flipping brilliant! nice one.

next time you get the ice coffee temptation pop into Costa, ice skinny latte and they blitz the ice in a blender so you can pretend it was ice cream.

The worst part of the cake was when he offered some to my mum who had come round and due to her being totally lacking in tact sat there eating going mmm this is really good! In the end I had to tell her "I really don't need to know how good the cake I can't have is thanks" then she said sorry lol
