Wow menu looks yum ! Being that I am on green, I would go for the minestrone soup for starter and Risoto Zucca for my mains :D. What plan are u on ?

I was just looking over it again and the red options seem like they will have quite a few more syns. If your worried about going over, I would stick with green today. However if you fancy a treat then maybe add some body magic this week to burn the extra cals, that's what I normally do when I think I may go over. Hope this helps :p . Hope you have a nice time !

Forgot to add the other way to cut back if you go over is to minimise your syns for the rest of the week. I have heard some other members do that on here where they save their weekly syns for a meal out . :)

Well done you sound like you did ok. Cooking oil is normally 2 syns for 1 tsp and 6 syns for 1 tbsp. Sausages all vary depending on brand so not sure on that one.
