Why are you synning the potatoes? They are free as long as you have them as part of a meal and not a snack or are you doing red?

I'm doing red and they've already been peeled so I can't even use them as a healthy b. Not to worry. I just won't have ten. Or I'll switch to EE for the day. :)
 
You know what you do, Will. Draw a line. Flexi syn it. Have a SF/free meal tonight with no syns and you'll be well back on track before you even know it.

I must say, I'm loving these Red days. I've had a sneaky peak and it seems to be going well so far. I always weigh less on Sundays though. Wish I could get to a class first thing on a Sunday. I'd be at target in no time!
 
I too love red days, they seem to boost my losses, but have such trouble with red lunches! Attempting one today, but having a jacket as HE tonight :D

Can't beat a good ol' roast dinner though, SW styleee
 
Monday 8th August

**Worst day ever**

I've had a hideous day today. Foodwise and workwise. I've been so stressed, angry and upset about work I've not eaten much and still can't bring myself to eat anything. Here is my diary anyway.

Breakfast:
2 Alpen Light bars (Healthy B1)
1 cup of tea

Lunch:
3 Babybel Light (Healthy A 1)
A banana - SF

Dinner:
Nothing yet. I'm too busy writing my resignation. Maybe when it's done I'll be able to sit down and have something. Bearing in mind I can have a red, green or EE today I can pretty much have whatever I fancy which to be honest, is not a great deal. Must also have some syns. Fried egg on toast? Bacon Sandwich? Great big slice of chocolate cake?! I won't go mad I promise. I just think after today, I need something substantial and that I can enjoy.

Then I'm off for a bath.
 
Tuesday 9th August - RED

Another really bad today. I ate at least which is something but have lots on my mind and dilemmas about work and stuff which has thrown my mindset all over the place. I didn't sleep much last night either.

Bit sketchy but I know where I am!

Exercise: Couch to 5K Week 1, day 1. Didn't fancy the whole thing so though sopmething was better than nothing and repeated day 1. I actually pushed myself really hard so probably worked harder than if I'd continued with Week 3, Day 3.

WI is tomorrow night (Thursday) I'm still feeling really bloated which I didn't have all last week on Red despite it being * week. Only the scales will tell but I'm not optimistic!
 
Thursday 18th August - RED day

Weigh in tonight, gained 1lb. Bit annoyed. Yes I know I had a Chinese this week but it's the first time I've gone off plan so far and if the one time I do I gain, it's going to make me scared of eating out at all. I can't go the rest of my life not going out for dinner. Wondering how to incorporate nights out like this into my plan. I went massively exercise, massively water, tried to have as much SF as I could and am disappointed that I'm now 1 more pound away from my 1 stone which I was so close to.

Wow. Haven’t posted in my diary for ages. Need to get back in focus and the best way to do that is going to be my diary. Occasional picture although I never make anything exciting enough to take a picture of it.

I’m going to post yesterday’ now, today’s later and then start back on Tuesday. I’m going to a Butlin’s 80’s weekender this weekend and I dread to think. Damage limitation of course, taking lots of Alpen Lights, WM Bread and Spaghetti hoops, fruit and Mugshots so if I manage to steer clear of the Burger King, I’ll be a happy bunny. It’ll be the alcohol that ruins it I guarantee!!
