Skinny on the inside
OK, a new week and off to a good start with my 5lb loss from last week!
Losing those pounds also means I lose a precious point though..
So it’s 18 points a day this week.
I'm going to try not to go too far under and have loads left over like I did last week because I know that can make me plateau later and i've also purchased some bananas for my breakfasts - thanks for that idea! So yesterday:
Tuesday 13th April
Lunch
2x crusts away bread (1)
sliced chicken breast (1)
tomatoes/mustard 0
Heinz tomato soup (2.5)
Dinner
fresh spaghetti (100g) (2)
home made bolognese (6)
garlic bread (1)
Snacks
hot chocolate (1)
chocolate ginger (1)
glass red wine 175ml (2)
TOTAL 17.5
SAVED 0.5
