Lastnight at work went well considering I was totally surrounded my naughty food...crisps, choc, cakes etc!!!
Before I left I had toast n beans to keep me going until my break, then on my break I had some chickpea dahl loaf, some sw coleslaw and carrot and pepper sticks dipped in reduced fat hoummous. I probably ate a little too much hoummous but considering that one of the girls I was on with was sitting with a huge bag of walkers sensations in front of her and the other had a curry from the chinese I think I did not too bad
At about 4.30am I got a bit peckish so had the little dessert i'd made....a fake cheesecake made with hi fi light bars for the base, then quark mixed with a choc options, topped with blueberries. It was yummy and satisfied my craving for something sweet. (I really wish I didn't have such a sweet tooth!!) Then at around 6am I had a mullerlight yogurt and a cup of tea.
Hometime came around fairly quickly then I went straight to bed and slept for about 5 hours so i'm still tired and looking forward to my bed tonight
So food for today has gone like this:
Breakfast (at 3pm!!) : 6 ryvita crackerbreads (HEB) topped with 1/2 a tub of cracked black pepper low low cheese (HEA)
Snack: 2 hifi light bars, an apple and a satsuma
Lunch: Chickpea dahl loaf and homemade coleslaw (1syn)
Dinner: Marinated chicken and patatas bravas with garlic aleoli (from M & S. Still to have this and it's probably laden with syns but I bought it earlier this week and have been looking forward to having it so i'll be having it later when hubby gets in from the football. I did get chocolate souffles for dessert as it was part of their dine for a tenner deal. Not decided if i'm going to have that yet or if i'll make my quark dessert again for a lot less syns. Decisions decisions!!! :sign0151:
