Here goes....time to get my groove back!

Thanks Missy. I really do like cooking so I don't have any excuse really although I can never think of a nice pud. :rolleyes: I can't even look at your diary now for inspiration :( Any idea how many posts I need to have done before I'll be able to see it again? I'm missing seeing how you're getting on.

Well I put another 3 bloody pounds on!!! :banghead: So that's me gained 1 stone and half a pound in 4 weeks. I'm ashamed and so disappointed in myself but that is it. No more gains for me!!!! I said in my group tonight that next week I am aiming for a 5lb loss and I am so determined to do it.

I have stayed on plan all day today!! Whoop whoop. The first day on plan in 4 weeks!!! I am so pleased I managed it. I am sure I will have a great week now :D :D

Subscribing. Put all of that shame and disappointment away now, what's done is done and you are strong enough to move onwards and downwards.
 
Thank you Sally :) I've feel like i've got my head in the right place now and i'm going to get that weight off as quickly as it went on hopefully.

Having another green day here today although looking at the diaries on here I might try a few EE days as those curry recipes look amazeballs!!!

I think part of my problem recently has just been food laziness. I've become bored with my meals yet too lazy to cook anything new.

I'm definitely going to try and make a new recipe every week. I WILL be a domestic goddess one of these days!! ;)

You could always try one of the 7 day meal planners. I did that last week with adjustments for things I didn't like before and prepackaged stuff. It seemed to work

I might just do that Fran. I'd really actually like to do a few more extra easy days but i'm worried about the third superfree. When I tried to do it before I never managed to eat enough of it as there's lots of veg I don't really like.

I'm ecstatic to say I managed to stay on plan today :D :D I've had a delicious green day with some yummy food and I think I can hopefully say that i'm now back on track, although there were a few temptations today that could've knocked me off plan. :rolleyes: But they didn't :D

I'll do a wee update on my day's food. It's great to be fully on plan again and in the zone.

Breakfast: 35g dorset cereals muesli (HEB) mixed with fat free greek yogurt and a chopped banana

Snack: Apple, pear

Lunch: Baked potato topped with beans and cheese (2 x HEA) This is where I could've slipped up as I was out with my sister and that usually spells danger for me but I stuck to my guns and had my healthy choice while she had a mcdonalds :rolleyes:

Snack: 2 Aldi benefit bars (HEB) (I actually need to check if these are still a healthy extra as they've changed them and they seem a lot smaller than before!)

Dinner: 2 ginger, chilli and lime quorn fillets, with chilli noodles, mushrooms, peppers and soy sauce....yummy!

That's it...a 100% day, fully on plan. Yippeeeee!!!! :bliss:

I had those quorn fillets for my tea too, with wedges though ;) They are so lovely!

I had a good WI, lost 4lbs and I am very happy. About to demolish an Activia greek yogurt and a cuppa lol ;)

Not really, just stuck to the plan. Only had one night where I was a bit dodgy hehe ;) Other than that - well one it! You keep going and you'll have a mega loss coming your way! xxx
