I too was chuffed but it wasn't a "good" loss.. Was down a half.. But had a "bold" weekend last weekend so chuffed with it.. Was aiming and praying for a STS so even that small loss I was delighted with

had a sneaky peak at the scales this morning and they were down a half so heres hoping ww scales the same as mine ,every week its different some weeks my scales can be the same , more less i never can tell anymore so am hoping at least for either a sts or half off any more will be a bonus
It took me a while.. I got started off by going to class.. Done that for about 2 months then just done it on here.. My leader was rubbish with the new plan so going to class was no help at all.. All I was going there for was to be weighed!! I check in to so many threads on here on weigh day that it has the same affect as class for me.. Ur doing brilliantly too.. Past yer 15%.. That's well good..
Thanks I must admit I am really enjoying the plan the geek in me loves counting points lol Its even better when the pounds go down.I prefere this plan even thogh I got to goal with the old plan , decided then to do it on my own but it went pear shaped and gained 2 stone did sw 4 a while but didn't work for me so now I'm back to the best plan. Where abouts in dublin u from ?
