Yes I was. I sometimes eat stuff like that which is fine if the rest of the day is u set the 45 g but if everything is slightly over then all if a sudden you get a visit from you know who ;( I know :)

Today was the ultimate test of willpower!!! :( ... Sunday Lunch day at work... I deliberatly put Lamb on as the meat so i wouldn't be tempted ( I hate lamb) But the Yorkshire puddings were crying out at me to try them... I stayed strong and resisted!! :talk017:
Yay. Even my collegue was suprised as i casually refused some Mashed potato!!!
I'm feeling good, and full !!!

Breakfast - Weetabix chocolate minis with semi skimmed milk

Lunch - Sainsbury's BGTY Chicken pie with brocolli, cauliflower, carrot and swede mash (no butter) and 2 table spoons of chicken gravy

Tea - Wholemeal pitta bread with tuna and spring onion.

Tonight i'm feeling full and slightly windy!!! :gen125:

Me too. My dad used to be a head chef and his yorkshires are amazing. Actually most of the stuff he makes is lovely.
 
So this Morning i had my HepB booster jab and my arm is killing me !!! :cry:
Well today was the going out with my nan day... she dismissed my idea to go to the Harvester instead taking me to the Woodcocks..(a chain food pub) :sigh: .. So i Opted for the Jacket potato with cheese and beans, minus the cheese and the butter... It was vile. Vinergry beans are NOT nice !!!

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix with Skimmed milk and a spoon of Splenda 'sugar'

Lunch 1 - Jacket potato with beans.. I only ate a few mouthfulls...

Lunch 2(when i got home) An Onion Bagel with a Laughing cow cheese triangle (extra light), Lettuce and some Turkey Ham

Tea - :eatdrink012: Half a PIZZA .. a ham and mushroom pizza express one with only 7g fat for half a pizza !!!! Man i loved eating that cheeeeeeeeeese.

It's been a bad day fruit and veg wise but i'll make up for it tomorrow :)

lunch. an onion bagel with low fat cheese spread and someturkey ham. ( bit repetitive )
tea. ww pasta bolognese thing.

snacks. activa snack pot
fruit pot.

lunch out with the girls tomorrow. eeek
