Opened my Exante package today whilst eating a bacon and egg sandwich oops... felt just as disappointed as i have eaten so well today!! So don't beat yourself up too much Dubs, at least your determined to get straight back on it. Will be testing my will power tomorrow, starting exante but going on a training course which has buffet lunch! Argh.....
