I still go out clubbing and i thought it would be so hard to do it without drinking but you can still have a social life! I find its the people youre with and the music thats on and the atmosphere! But well done so far :D

Thanks, going to stick 100% for another week and then I am off to Amsterdam for 4 days of damage limitation then back home and on it 100% until I get to where I want to be!

Well I've sank 3 litres of water so far and only had two packs, going to have another one before I head out to an awards dinner followed by clubbing, I've told them not to give me a place at one of the tables and that I'll stand at the bar drinking water!

Think I'll have another pack just before I go and then one before I get in, not too late I hope as I've got to get up at 4.30am to be an airport taxi for my mate.

Well well well, had a great night, I arrived just in time to see about 40 clean plates then we stayed in Revs for a bit before heading to Lakota where I managed to sink 3 sparkling mineral waters!

Had a lot of people trying to be me alcoholic drinks but I managed to say no easily enough and then...............

we went to the casino and I turned a 20 pound note into £400! :D

Just had my last pack and it is off to bed for a 4.30am start as I'm taking my mate to the airport.

What a day, -12lbs and a massive win at the casino, I no longer have to worry about how I am going to pay for Amsterdam!! :8855:

Oh I hope so Kez as I really need to find a job when I get back from Amsterdam!

So far today 2 litres down and 2 packs down, been a strange day with getting up at 4.30 but then I slept from 5 till about 11.30, still feel really tired though!
 
3 packs down but I have lost track of the water... arhh..

At least 1.5L down but maybe more, will have at least another litre to be sure.

Tomorrow will be hard, England v USA!
