Yesterday:
Frosted wheats with strawberries and a skimmed milk
Jacket potato with tuna, extra light mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and cucumber
2 eggs with potato wedges, lettuce, tomato and cucumber
2 finger kitkat
Grapes, strawberries and raspberries!
Total syns = 8 (from kitkat, mayo and some salad dressing!)
Today:
Frosted wheats with strawberries and a splash of milk
Jacket potato with prawns, 1/2 tbsp ketchup, 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise, salad
(meal out next...)
Smoked salmon+extra light philadelphia
Ham, boiled eggs, salad, small sausage roll, light salad cream
Costco apple pie (1/14th)
Syns so far = 18? Way over, darn it...
We're having a meal out today, tomorrow and a barbeque on monday, so im gutted i had almost 20 syns today

maybe rounding up though, idk.
I've also decided to start the C25K, which I've been meaning to do for so long, but never "got around to doing it", until now. So, as of monday I'll begin the proper runs (for now, i'm just walking and excercising in other ways)
