Here we go again...

Starting slimming world again today after having my baby girl 3 months ago.

Got about 2 stone to lose I think. Managed to lose a stone and a half after my last baby before getting pregnant again. Hope it comes off again fairly easily.

I'm breastfeeding so if anyone has any info or tips based on this let me know please.

So this morning I measured out my 250ml of semi skimmed me, most of which went with my 2 weetabix with sliced banana and truvia. Not much left for tea so will have to use syns to get mor milk.

Snacked mid morning on half a banana, plus some crudités (carrot, celery, cucumber and peppers) and some grapes.

had 2 werthers original in the car so 3 syns I think.

lunch was a baked potato with lighter lurpak ( 2 level teaspoons so 3syns) topped with some sw safe chilli and a sprinkle of grated mozzarella (not sur e how many syns so will guess at 3).

dinner will be beef and veg stir fry. Hopefully syn free but may use a couple of syns making a marinade for the beef. Think I will have 6 syns to play with anyhow.

not drunk enough water today thou so will get some now....
 
Yesterday in was starving when giving my son his tea so I had a slice of toast with some baked beans (no butter) so definitely used all my syns yesterday...
 
Today's started with a cup of hot water and lemon. Followed by 2 weetabix and a banana (using most of my milk allowance - the rest went on tea). Hungry mid morning so had some cooked chicken slices and an apple. Lunch was leftover stir fry ( call that a couple of syns) followed by activia 0% fat lemon and lime yoghurt (which are yummy by the way). Just got the hunger again so had some crudités, a slice of ham and a pickled gherkin.
Saving syns for chicken Kiev tonight which will eat with huge salad and jacket potato.
