Well, after my planned weekend off, I'm finally back into day 3 of TS..... Only 2 weeks late!!!!! :-/ lol was really expecting a struggle but (touch wood) so far i'm sailing through.... After almost 3 weeks off plan & not being quite as sensible as I should have been, I was expecting a big gain so decided i wouldn't weigh until a week or 2 in, so as to have hopefully lost the gain and start back where I was.... Well day 3 & just couldn't resist, thought I may as well get it over with & know the damage done! Nearly fell off the scales when they showed that i'm a lb down from when I last weighed!!!! Cannot believe it & am so over the moon! I've really got to get my bum into gear on the exercise front so did davina's 30 min cardio box workout 1st thing this morn & gonna try fit in a swim today then an hours speed walking on the treadmill later....
