Joanne - such sad news. I feel for you. My sister died young and it took many years for me to accept it.

If it's any comfort on the LL side, I've been emotional eating too (worry about my disabled hubby and also having a big anniversary party - so that means some sad eating AND some happy eating!) have gained 10lb back and starting packs again today. Def an emotional eater here so you're not alone!

Thanks spangly, I've still not got back on my packs, need to get in the right frame of mind again, luckily I haven't gained and im very happy about that, were having a family get together Easter Monday so I think I'm going to get back to the packs on tuesday, wishing u good luck xxx
