I'm currently on Lipotrim total-food-replacement, it's really hard to stick to but it's doing wonders short-term! Long-term when I finish in 4 weeks I've no idea what diet I'd move onto...
I did calorie counting from April 2010 and lost 30lb. Continued in the new year (2011) without losing a jot and am now trying WeightWatchers...:fingerscrossed:
I lost almost 3 stone on slim and save previously this year I took a break after 12 but found it so hard to get back on it, I'm following Atkins at the moment but going back to slim and save once I'm firmly in ketosis
