Sorry to ask another question hahaha but if i dnt ask i won't know, right im only doing red and green days at the min as i just want get my head round the basics.
So u know how u pick a healthy Extra 1) and a healthy Extra 2)
Someone's said ur supposed to pick two of each, well i've just been picking one of each for example i've been picking the 28g bran flakes and the 350ml milk. x x
