I'm new to minimins so just thought I'd say hi. Bit about me: I'm 29. Used to be 'quite big' throughout teens and up until about 23/24 Dieted successfully and got down to target weight (9stn) basically through calorie counting, cutting out alcohol (wahhh) and exercise. Was thrilled with self . Manged to keep it off for about three years but over the past year it crept up :sighstressful period) to about 11stn. Not terrible, but not ideal. Now want to get back down to 9st. Have been casually watching what I eat for past 6 months or so and got down to 10.2 which is great but not really the speed I'm hoping for (getting married next year). So here I am. Back on it! Determined! Who needs wine/chocolate etc?
