Hiya everyone!

Just came across the site so thought I would join!

I'm Steph from Devon! I'm 19 & starting Lighterlife very soon (Have an appointment with the counciller next week & should start after easter)

I currently weigh 11.6 stone & want to get to 8 stone (112 lbs).. I'm only 5'1".

Just thought I would introduce myself & I wish everyone the best of luck with their weight loss.
