ive done it a couple of times now with chinese, probably did help that I did about 850kcals worth at the gym this morning(so my clever watch says.) I dont have much rice at all, so I suppose its only the flour in batter, sugar in sauce and half slice of bread. I did once have chow mein and that knocked me out for a good few days. I do get into ketosis fairly easily so dunno if thats to do with it too? Dont follow my example though, im naughty for doing it, just fall off the wagon every few weeks and get back on the next meal.
