Hi everyone im back chunckie chez

Gosh you lot sound really fit. I can swin forever but walking/jogging nightmare. Plus it seems the mozzies love me and even when I stink of repellant the gits still bite me argh.

no not fit marie honest im like a red blod runnning porwalking and chucking my arms about lolol i tried the crunchies tonight i onl manged 5 and ended up on the floor rolling with laughter going to have to pull out of that one till i lose some more weight lolol
 
I found the crunches on my ball was much easier than being on the floor - gave me wonderful support but found them more difficult as my core had to also stabalise the ball - but off to do my 30 today :) thank goodness for a rest day tomorrow :)

well i tried them tonight did five fell off my ball on to the floor rolling with laughter well i looked a sight for sore eyes going to have to pull out of this one till i lose some more weight lololol but oh it made me belly laugh my hubby thought it was thundering lolol
 
Missed you too hun, you are such a wonderful diet buddy, with your endless support and good wishes :)

All good here, am really enjoying the Leslie Sansone 1 mile walk - am going to try the 2 mile on the weekend - with the plan being that I will be able to do the 1 mile and then the 2 mile each morning. So exciting to actually have an exercise goal that I have every chance of reaching! :D

And I do like the extra cals you get on mfp as an incentive! Am going to have pasta tonight as a treat :)

thanks love thats so nice and i agree i love the support yourself gives me and keeps me going ........................... leslie sansone yes i agree i love her to bits and she is not ott i wish i had found them sooner its something you can fit in to your day some of these now they do i think no thanks you got to be fit before you even do them lolol

no dont pull out - if youc an only do five now then do five a day for a week then start the callenge at 5 then 6 then 7 then rest day then 8,9,10 just start where you can - and my trainer said NEVER do more than three sets of ten at a time anything over that has to be done later not in the same session

today is a rest day for me back to it tomorrow - can tell you I am ready for a day off

when is your weigh in I have totally forgotten what day it is for you

yes I am doing fine
well done on the ten thats a really good start that bar things sounds like a great help
my crunches for today is supposed to be 40 but I will do them in three sets of 10 with 30 second rest between then at least an hour and the next ten - that is according to how my trainer taught me when I went to the gym
 
yes i agree with you i think thats a lot better way and your not knocking yourself out the next day im going to keep trying ten and thanks for the kick up the bum i needed it xx

Lol joe is fed up of me asking him!!!

I think that in a years time when we are all slimmer we will look back at when we started and will feel like just yesterday and we'll be so glad we did it. So just take it one meal at a time and it'll soon be next year!

I'm thinking of starting up a Xmas challenge too after the may one is done. Are you up for that ? Xx

I think all DH's are fed up - except mine - only because I know better than to ask :):)
