Yes lets - as my monday was a bit of a write off as a friend took me for an impromtu lunch and the vegetairian choices were very limited one sandwich brie and cranberry and one hot lunch cheese pudding - so I hade the brie and cranberry - I even asked if they could do a jacket potato with some coleslaw - oh no we cant do that its not on the menu - they didnt have a single veggie soup either - never been in a place so bad
so its Tuesday today I am back on track and I am hoping its your second good day of the week

So glad ur feeling better hun! I'm ok thanks. Had a lovely day of pottering about doing little jobs that needed doing. I'm trying to make my house feel more like a home & it's gradually getting there

I love this xx making your house a home. What have you done? After getting my own place at 16 and never going home again, I have collected an array of home making items and I couldn't be without them

What style of home do you like? Minimal, contemporary, old fashioned etc..

I like a mixture really. We've just laid a new floor downstairs and it looks lush.

I'm like you, I like a mixture of styles. I'm defo not minimal lol I have lots of stuff. But I'm trying to do a vintage/modern mix lol if that makes sense?!

I've also laid a new floor and I absolutely love it!! The old carpet was one I inherited from my nan & it was older than me! It looks so much better now!

I've been on a decorating mission too! Painted everything!! Lol! But it's made a HUGE difference!

Now I'm hanging photos, pictures etc and putting all my nik naks out so it feels like home. It's still a work in progress but it's defo getting there! I just need to win the lottery to do the big stuff lol

I'm so pleased you love your home! It makes a huge difference if you are happy where u live & if it is more than just a house! Yours looks lovely!

Thank you for inviting me to the challenge - christmas seems so far away but if I can do 1lb a week it will soon add up 0 sometimes I hate medication than makes me hungry and slows the metabolism - but as its making a huge difference to my life I will not he giving it up

so how are things with you Chez - are you back on track - I have had a few blips but certainly sticking to the principles of the plan - I am holding my own and not losing but that is not too bad for what I have eaten - its the amount rather than what it is

not doing to bad at all still doing ok plodding along lol the exercise seems to help and give me a boost in weight lost and mood i noticed this week when i could not do it
how are you love i hope things are getting better for you and glad at last meds are working you will get there love with both things but keeping you ok is more important to us the the weight loss at the min and like you said 1lb a week will add up over time so keep in there love and your the one who will keep it off for good no quick fix

i love reading and im just taking cross stitch back up not done it for years but i thought it would be good for me and take my mind off food and reading i love i like a quiet place as im there in the book
i want your reading room lolol please xx

Speaking of homes, I love mines too and here's a pic of one of my fave things in it. Well two really lol, my pink tartan chairs in my conservatory!!

Along with a green sofa, we now have a bookcase and nest of tables and other bits and bobs in there, making it my fave room in the house! On an unusually sunny day it's perfect for sitting with a glass of wine and a good book!

Is it any good? I go through stages with reading. I'm currently reading the da Vinci code, but I've read it before. Just fancied reading something.
I've recently finished reading the help. That was a good read.
