Step 1 Sole Source Hi everyone - Im new!

Hi everyone, im new to the site and new to the CD.
Im on my first day and was hoping someone could help.
the porridge is far too sweet for my taste buds, im so dissapointed :(
does anyone have any tips to make this less sweet?

Hey there and welcome to the rollercoaster that is the cambridge diet!
I'm not a big fan of porridge, It's all trial and error for the 1st week or two, figuring out which shakes/ soups etc that you like, I stick with cuppaccino shakes and chilli soups, I do like some of the others but those two are my faves :)
I add coffee to the cuppaccino one's as I find them a bit sweet for me xx

I also started today and am new to the site and the diet... I just tried the maple pecan porridge and had to throw it away! It was so so sweet I just couldnt make myself swallow!
I made up a chilli soup which was much better but now it is only lunch time and I am starving. How are you feeling? Have you been managing much water? I did well this morning with it but now its just making me feel sick.
How much weight do you plan to lose by the way? I am 13st 12 and would like to lose about 3 stone :)
 
Its also my first day today. The porridge isnt very nice i found. i will try it again maybe tomorrow evening. Im quite looking forward to trying my soup later :). i am currently 16st4 and would like to get down to 10st7 ish. having to play it by ear tho as i am relatively muscly due to cheer :)
