Hi everyone 
I thought I would join this board as it seems very active atm.
Currently setting my goal at 1500cal a day and see how i get on. Also limiting my fat intake to 5% per 100g. Following the principles of Rosemary conleys diet.
If you would like to buddy up that would be great as I need the motivation!
Day 1
Wheatabix mini nut and raisan with s/s milk- 200cal
Tropical smoothie 100cal
x2 Nescafe mochas 180cal
Kit kat 4 finger 233cal.
Coop Tomato and bean soup 250cal
Dairylea dunker 111cal
Total so far 1073
Dinner will be: Salmon fishcake, mashed carrot and sweet potato and vegetables 400cal
Drinks: s/f red bull. Water
Gym: Spin class with and extra 30min warm up on bike. Walk to gym and back.
