I have just bought a 2 week introduction of the Total Solution and hoping that it arrives by midweek. That gives me a few days to empty the fridge. I hope to lose 4stone. No idea how long that will take but I'm feeling pretty positive.

I'm on day 5 of Exante Total Solution and so far im finding it one of the easiest diets ive been on with no calorie counting or checking packets. Some of the products take a while to get used to but taste better after a while!
