Hi, my names Laura and I'm 23 from Surrey. I've been struggling with my weight for a couple of years now and was looking around for some advice and found this site. Thought it was very welcoming and everyone seemed so supportive so I had to join.
Am doing WW and joined a gym on Sunday, which I am actually really enjoying. Need to lose about 7-8 stone in total and started with a loss of 3lbs last week.

Hi everyone!
Thanks for all your replies...made me feel really welcome! Am going to start a ww diary and had my WI today and have lost 2lbs which is fine considering I had a friends 21st and treated myself to a couple of cocktails
