Hi there, this is a start of a new year and lots of changes So I'm going to join Slimming World Friday, I'm a little worried about joining the group Friday because i don't know what to expect , so I'm really looking for support and help from anyone that can help me. Thank you.

Hi - I'm a newbie too. I went to a slimming world group last year and found that people were really friendly if that helps as your all in the same boat. I am doing it by myself now though as the timing of the group didn't really fit in with my work.

Hey I'm on my second time at slimming world, the first time I went to classes on my own it was really nerve wracking to begin with as I didn't know anyone. At the end of the day you have to remember no one else is judging you there we are all in the same boat. This time I'm going with a friend and in her I can see all the emotions I went through. Just don't give up and try to stay determined Good Luck
