Hi I'm new to all this and not completely sure what I'm doing lol. I'm doing slimming world from home and I'm exercising 5 days a week but my weight keeps getting stuck and it's so frustrating. The weight that does come off is coming off at a very slow rate. Any tips/ideas are welcome and just need some support really
 
Hi angie I'm a newbie too :) I'm also doing it from home . Im not sure i can give you any tips but if you want anyone to share confusion with give me a shout haha . Good luck keep persevering its always disheartening when you work your bum off and stay the same but I'm sure if you push through the next week you will reach your goals .. Maybe try increasing your intake a little for a few days to stop your weight loss plateauing . What exercise are you doing? Xxx
 
Hi Sammielouise071 thanks for replying :) I'm doing Nike+ Training on xbox kinect. It's definately working as my fitness levels have gone up and have noticed the difference on my legs & bum. It may sound like it's easy exercise but believe me it's not lol. I do 1hr 5 days a week and come away sweating and out of breath. Trouble is not really sure I'm following slimming world correctly I get confused easily lol xx
 
Are u doing the groups Angie , I was doing it at home but wasn't getting very far so went to my first meeting last night which has helped to clear up a few things :)

No I'm not, its hard to get to any with the hours I work & that my husband works but I have spoken to a friend of mine and cleared a few things up and I'm now going again :) I'm 10 stone now so its definitely working I'm finally getting closer to 9 stone x
