Hi I'm doing slimming world,I joined last August and I've lost 1 1\2 stone
I do enjoy it but seem to have got stuck
I am on steriods (have been over 30years)and they tell me in hungy but my heads saying you cant eat!!
I had a gastric band 5 years ago and lost 6 1\2 stone but couldn't put up with the daily vomiting
Look forward 2 hearing from u fellow slimmers.x
