I’m fairly new too. Been following SW for around a month now. I’m not going to a club so I was also looking for some support and encouragement too so joined here around a week ago.

My other half is very supportive and eating pretty much the same as me. Ideally he’d like to lose a stone. I have a lot more to lose.
