Hi, let's shift this fat!

I've had some kind of gastric problem, I feel nauseus, and my stomach hurts, so I haven't really been eating as I should. I also had a week off with my husband, so I haven't been truly using Exante as I should have. I think all that has been "helping" with my eating and portion control, because in last two weeks I have been loosing roughly a pound per week, so I'm happy with that. My BMI has also been coming down, and my first, really important goal with that is to get to 30. This is due my knee, I'm not considered to surgery before that.

However, today is first day to work after holiday, so back to walking a lot, I hope, and back to normal. I can't really say how my tummy is going to take shakes and bars, but I'll try anyway. I have enough fat to go through a short famine, so if I can't handle them, I'll survive. I'm taking multivitamin, vitamin D, B and C, and Magnesium anyway, so those are also covered.
