Just thought I'd join minimins for some extra support. I've been doing WW now for 7 weeks I joined online as don't seem to have the time for a class. I am an ex SW member, I thought I'd have a change as kept saying that I lost 2stone in 10 weeks when I did this plan before why isn't it happening this time and think it was getting me down, a change is as good as a rest they say lol.

My aim is to be happier with myself, getmy bedroom relationship back on top form with my lovely husband (no more hiding away) and be slim again for my 40th birthday in January.

Ive lost 11.5lb so far and although I feel my weights coming off slowly I do feel a lot better and more confident. I'm already getting fantastic compliments. ( although I don't seem to be able to take compliments that well, never have)

Oh to be size12 again, a size 10 would be better but not pushing my luck.

Anyway, hello everyone hope to find some nice support friends on here.

This site is great for that,might be worth starting your own diary on here as well.I did that at 8 weeks and am so glad I did :0)

Yes I think I might do that, just been reading a few of them.

Im probably best waiting to start it on my weigh in day which I've chosen to be a Saturday.
There are a few girls I work with also doing WW think that's spurring me on a little bit........ Nothing like a quiet competition ;)

This site is really good, I'd often seen it pop up when I googled info, it was my husbands idea for me to actually join.
I don't like interfering in other peoples conversations though. Probably silly I know.

I love WW plan itself,I've not STS or put on in the 7 weeks I've been doing it. When I did SW I had lots of weeks STS and I found it really frustrating. I love being able to eat any food I want as long as I point it, I felt trapped with SW, if that makes sense.

I've converted some of the WW recipes to pro points as I like some of them especially sticky chicken. It's a family fave

How long have you been doing WW, are you now at target?

Sounds like WW is really working for you which is great news! That's good that your husband said about joining the site.Butt in the conversations..I've yet to meet anyone complain about that yet ;0) My wi day is friday(recently changed from a Monday) it will be my 20th week of WW though for the last 3 weeks I have done simply filling which I enjoy.I started WW at 13.13.5 stone and am now 11.7.75.My goal is to be 10.7 so am getting there!

Wow that's fantastic, well done to you.

I was 13.11 and never been as big as that before, I was feeling so sluggish, tired and very unhappy. I'm now 12.13.5 I would love to be able to lose 2.5lb this week to get my 1st award but don't think it will happen. I tend not to use my weeklies and too scared to do it I case I put on. Losing every week is Keneally keeping me going and I keep saying to myself,don't change something that's working.

I'm really lucky to have such a lovely husband that supports me

Support at home does help for sure! I know what you mean about sticking with what works but if I have needed to use my weeklies for a meal out etc I have used them and still lost.I was always worried bout using them when I first started.Finger crossed for you for wi :0) I know what you mean about feeling sluggish etc.I do feel better for having lost some weight.

I will use my weekly points if I need to but so far I've not had to.

I've just a mushroom omelette with salad and I'm full. Still got 8pp left. I don't like eating too late so think I'll have to have a hot chocolate if I can find where my daughters hidden my little sachets...she was only one home when shopping order was delivered
