Hi :) im Alice and a newbie to this site so I hope im doing this right haha

After putting on the weight I have previously lost since I have been with my boyfriend I have finally decided to loose it again once and for all.

Im 6ft1 and I thought I was around 16 stone but my wii fit tells me im over 18 stone now so I hope to loose at least 6 stone.

I am new on here too. I have over 4 stone to lose to get to my ultimate goal, however setting as interim target for myself of 2 stone first. what diet will you be following?

Im not following a specific diet, just changing my diet and exercising more.

Purchased a couple of fitness games for the Wii, seems much cheaper than going to the gym or to classes, cant wait to try them out.

I used some egg, new potatoes and ham in mine, was quite nice :) x
 
It was surprisingly filling too :) i need to learn to cook new things really x
 
Hi Alice - I have a lot of weight to shift too. But I have set a two stone interim target just to get me started. I'm doing the Slimming World diet and I love it - it really doesn't feel like a diet. Took a couple of weeks break over the Xmas period and I aurally missed salad/veg etc. being naughty is nice some times but I don't think I could go back to where I was!!
 
Hi :) i was thinking of doing slimming world but at the moment its a bit pricey, so im just trying to be as healthy as possible :) Im hoping that the first week is the hardest as im craving bad food alot haha, doing fine without chocolate though :D

Had a doughnut earlier though as i had a blood test and came out not feeling great
 
First week done and im down 3lbs!! :D
