Can't believe I have not posted my diary since Monday (naughty!!), will have to get me notebook and update.

Thanks Lush - SW chips are free on green and ee, can also have as HEB on a red but must have skins on. Cut pots into chips and par boil, I normally do for 3-4 mins. Drain and dry off, lay out on baking sheet and spray with frylight. They take about 25 mins in my oven at about 220 but ovens do vary. Very yummy:D

HEB: Potatoes

B: 3 x smoked bacon, mushrooms, roasted toms and scrambled eggs

L: 6 x Ryvita wholegrain crackerbreads with 2 LC Extra Light cheese

D: Lots of roast gammon with lots of white cabbage (yum), SW Roast pots (skins on), yorkshire pud and gravy

Snacks: apple, orange

Syns: HP sauce (2), 2 x LC Extra Light cheese (2), yorkshire pud (3), gravy (3) = 10
