Is anyone doing this diet for there holidays?

I'm going to florida in september and a festival at the end of august i'm hoping to have 21lb by the end of august then keep it off for my hols.

I've also been buying holiday clothes in the sale in smaller sizes!! Oops if i dont fit into them i've wasted a lot of cash lol.

Hows everyone else doing? x
 
Hi, I'm going to Florida on 23rd August and I'm currently 15.6st :0( I really want to be 14st when I go but I'm losing time and struggling to stay on the diet 100%
But I am gonna knuckle down coz I know I won't lose the weight on SW or WW, I need a VCLD to shift the lbs!
 
I'm doing this for holidays to Thailand on the 22nd aug, starting on sunday, never done anything like this before so I'm nervous. Just lost 1st2lbs on SW but need faster results as hols is gettin closer and closer!! X
 
My hols aren't until Oct and then Dec - and I'm at goal so my challenge is to stay at goal for the holidays. However, the Dec holiday is an acitivity one - 4 day hike, mountain biking, cycling, kayaking, white water rafting and ziplining. makes me exhausted just listing it out! The idea is that I need now to work on my fitness and knowing that I have that holiday coming focusses me on my training...
 
Is it hard work exercising while doing s&s? I'm worried I'll have no energy? That holiday sounds well exciting! Xx
 
I was doing 3 circuit training classes each week. I've cut down to 2 in the first few days i had no energy but thn felt fine x
 
I went back to training day five. I normally workout at home in the morning, gym 5 sessions then powerlifting also. No problems :)
 
I've been doing the 30 day shred and walking a lot. Occasionally a swim too, so was hoping to carry it on x
 
I go on holiday at the end of September!!! I am hoping to be at my goal of size 14..... when I went last year I was a size 22/24!!!

SO EXCITED!!!!

Ah wow I'd love to be 14. I don't mind my arms, legs or chest or bum but my stomachs still really yuck from having twins and a c section so i'd really like it to do down a bit! I have 5 weeks and starting tomorrow. Eek!
 
5 weeks (4.5 now) till Ibiza on 23rd Aug!

Holiday booked for 19th Sept but a planned weekend off 11th Aug for friends party. I'll be straight back onto the diet though as I need 14lb off x x
 
My hols are the 1st August! Eek not long now!
Just wish I could get into the healthy bmi range before I go, but I look so much better in my 12/14 bottoms compared to my size 20's last year!

22lb in 6 weeks!!!!

I'm currently refeeding so no problem with exercise. Didn't do much whilst on the diet. Plenty of people do though - Deezer is amazing!

Lol... think exercise is my new addiction..... thank goodness!!!

That's awesome, I think once you lose weight exercise is the key to keeping it off, so no horrible gains. Going to try day 1 of couch 2 5k later :)
 
I agree. Exercise i think is probably going to be the most important part of maintaining my goal weight.

I would love to be at goal by september, maintain for the 3 weeks till my holiday and then don't gain too much while i'm there.

However, i will not be eating healthy while on holiday, I'll have been on a diet for 9 months and all the amazing food places in orlando i think i'll deserve a treat lol

I suppose we'll be walking a lot so hopefully wont gain too much x
