I've no soy sauce and doubt I can get some tomorrow. An odd question but would it work OK with worcestershire sauce do you think or am I being really daft

hmmmm I am not sure, you would probably be better trying it without the soy sauce. I do think it needs it though.

Have done this tonight and it was yummy

Couldn't get baby pak choi so used grown up ones and also used a bag of ready prepared stir fry veg.
