Can't we eat whatever we want as long as we point it? I don't know how we can be anything else other than 100%. Could someone quickly explain it for me?
P.s. I used to follow a meal replacement diet and 100% was not eating anything off plan. Maybe this is what is confusing me because there is no food off plan with weight watchers... is there?

Yes, it is sticking to your points allowance (weeklies included).
Naturally if you are sticking to the plan then you will of course be 100%. But not everyone sticks to it every day.
