I started this when I had a bad flu and chest infection so it made the first week easier as I wasnt up to eating much anyway.... Delighted to get this far without breaking it... Been very tempted all day Mum has a big chocolate cake in the fridge and my sister brough in an apple pie and fresh cream but I managed to say NO!!!!
