I'm new to MinMins... But not to CWP! My current weight is 10st 13lbs and I want to reach my first mini target of 10st 5lbs by 31st dec. So that's 9lbs, hoping this is possible??
So the plan is:
Week 1 810 step
Week 2 1000 step
Week 3 1000 step
