I have been 100% for 25 days now. Not a single cheat. More than anything, it is truly an exercise in willpower. I am down 13kgs.
Very happy with weight loss so far on this diet, and am starting phase 2 on Sunday.
Before I started i got a BodPod done to test my bodyfat %. As I have been maintaining my training, it will be very interesting next week to see what the weight loss has comprised of. I am looking for minimal muscle loss.
